NextGen One Year Limited Warranty Policy

If you have purchased your NextGen product from within the past year and wish to return it in the same condition that you received it, then you are covered under our One Year Returns Policy. If you have made your purchase elsewhere within the last year and wish to repair or replace your product due to defects or workmanship, then you are covered under our One Year Limited Warranty Policy as follows:

NextGen Product Solutions (NGPS) warrants all products against defects and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. During this warranty period, this product will be repaired or replaced at NGPS’ option discretion, without charge. Please read your instructions thoroughly and use this product only as directed. This warranty does not cover any damage due to commercial use, accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence. This warranty is valid only in the United States of America.

  1. Download and fill out our Warranty Claim Form with as much information about your purchase as possible.
  2. Mail your form with your purchased products to the return address listed on the form.
  3. If returning a remote extender kit, please be sure to send your ENTIRE kit with your return form. We cannot honor warranty replacements unless we receive a complete kit with all original components.
