Plus better then Genius poor support July 12, 2011

I purchased the original extender Plus and it works great. I decided I would buy one for my stereo system because they now have a multi emitter extender in teh Genius that has a different frequency. It only works sometimes and I have tried everything to get it to work. My biggest disappointment is that when I sent two messages to get support I received no response. This is a great idea but they have lost a supporter. I will continue to look for something that works all the time. My rating would be one star but the first unit works well.
